C=((2*pi*E0)/(ln(b/a)))(H-h (1-k))
where: - E0: is epsilon zero (vacuum dielectric constant) - B: is the inside diameter of the outer tube - A: is the outer diameter of the inner tube - K: is the dielectric constant of water, which unfortunately varies with temperature.
At 25°C is about 79 with a variation from 84 to 68 between 0°C and 100°C.
